Pack Meeting/Family Camping

Our overnight family campout is now scheduled for Friday afternoon through Sunday morning July 30 – Aug. 1 at Pt Mugu Naval Base at their campground facility. We need the following information on your car if you are driving we need the vehicle make and model, year, license plate number, and when they arrive at the base you will need to provide current registration and insurance. Cody is heading this up for us so please e-mail him his e-mail address is

Arrivals at the camp site will start Friday @ noon. Click here for location and directions . We will be departing by noon on Sunday.
We have some great activities planned for Saturday. It’s going to be a full day!
Families are responsible for their own meals with the exception of our all-Pack meal Saturday night – we will be grilling burgers & hotdogs (provided). We are asking each family to bring an item to share from one of four categories:
- Side dish (pasta/potato salad, etc)
- Veggies (salad, veggie platter, etc)
- Fruit (fruit salad, watermelon, etc)
- Dessert
Please leave a comment below to indicate what category you plan to bring. We have about 40 families coming so we should have about ten families for each category.
Please have your cubscout in uniform for our Morning Colors (flag ceremony) Saturday @ 8AM
Webelos, please bring your bicycles for a Saturday morning ride.
We do have a few tents available for use. If any families are in need of a tent, please leave a comment below or contact commchair@pack3245.com.
We will have a small worship service Sunday morning.
