Sisar Canyon Hike

We will be having our Spring hike this Saturday in Sisar Canyon. This five mile round trip hike is locate in the beautiful Upper Ojai Valley. The drive is an adventure in itself. Bring some small change, because there is quiant convienence store just on the Sisar Canyon road that is part of the experience.
We will be hiking on a dirt service road that runs along Sisar Creek, with a breath taking view all the way! We will make two stream crossing before reaching our lunch destinaition, a small water fall just off one bend in the road. On the way back, we will stop off at a rope swing that takes you over Sisar Creek. Back at the cars, there will be optional wading in one of the most awesome swiming holes around, so bring shorts and a towel!
We will gather at the Church parking lot at 9:00 am and depending on whether you stay for the wading pool or not you should be back home at 2:00 or 3:00 PM.
